Rockie Bogenschutz
Vice President
Rockie’s principal duties include operations, financial management,
marketing direction and product development. He travels the globe
developing product lines and resourcing opportunities for the company.
Rockie has more than 30 years experience in the industry, starting four
years before founding the firm in 1983. |

Mike Salway
General Manager
Mike manages the day-to-day operations of the company including
marketing, sales management, customer service, design development,
merchandise selection and oversees communications as well as the Las
Vegas Market Showroom. Before joining Yosemite Home Décor, Mike spent
seven years as a national sales manager for a nationwide
telecommunications company. He has a bachelor’s degree from Brigham
Young University. Mike has been married for 13 years and his hobbies
usually focus on his five beautiful children and their activities. When
free time does allow he loves to play golf and go cycling. |

Brock Bogenschutz
Director of eCommerce
Brock has been in the industry for 8 years, the last five with Yosemite
Home Décor as our National Sales Manager. He has brought new prospective
to the company and has made a lot of positive changes, bringing Yosemite
forward with all of the new technologies available. He is working
tirelessly to update our website and make it easier for our customers to
check stock, place orders and really work with us as partners. He
provides the main link between our representatives across the United
States and our corporate office, keeping everyone connected and
up-to-speed. |

Dennis Hoth
National Sales Manager
Dennis Hoth joined the Yosemite team in early 2010, bringing with him experience at all levels:
showroom sales, sales representative and manufacturer’s sales manager.
Dennis first worked with lighting in 1984 at Vermont Lighting in Burlington, VT.
From there, he moved to Southern California working with Quoizel as a sales representative,
establishing Arizona and Southern Nevada as his territory.
Since that time, he has worked as regional sales manager and national sales manager at companies
such as American de-Rosa, Woodbridge Lighting and Maxlite. He brings a broadened perspective
and fresh ideas to our, already well-established foundation at Yosemite Home Décor. |

Mindy Platt
Project Specialist
Mindy started working with Yosemite in late 2008, bringing with her
years of customer support experience from her background at La-Z-Boy
Furniture and SMG. She is currently attending Fresno City College
pursuing her first Bachelor’s degree. At Yosemite she leads customer
service and AR training sessions biweekly and provides daily feedback to
ensure we are always improving our customer’s experience. |

Mark Mansayon
Lighting Product Specialist
Mark joined the Yosemite family in mid-2008 and has taken on a lot of
big projects since then. Product knowledge is his primary focus,
constantly researching and following industry trends. He uses this
knowledge to regularly monitor the lighting inventory, ensure we have
sufficient stock to meet future demands. In addition, Mark also conducts
regular training sessions with our customer support team to make sure
they have the tools needed to assist with customer questions. |

Lee Escobal
Customer Support
Lee has been a part of the Yosemite team since October of 2007 proving
to be a great asset to our company. He has a BS in Accounting Management
from Fr. Saturnino Urios University. He is always more than willing to
help customer with any concerns, or in placing an order. Lee helps out
everywhere he can, particularly in setting up new customer accounts,
leading our customer assistance team and monitoring orders. He provides
support to the whole team, helping everything to move along smoothly. |

Lee Ann Borneo
Stone, Stainless, Copper and Artwork Product Specialist
Lee Ann has been a part of the Yosemite team since September of 2008.
She is our project specialist in multiple fields including stone,
stainless steel, copper and artwork. Lee Ann provides assistance to our
customer support team and our customers, helping to provide answers to
technical product questions. She also conducts regular training sessions
for our customer support team, making sure that they have the tools
needed to assist our customers. Lee Ann also monitors inventory of the
four product lines to ensure that we keep up with the current demands. |

Lynae Edralin
Customer Specialist
Lynae Edralin is the newest member of the Yosemite team, starting July 2009
and working as our customer specialist. Her job is to make sure our patrons are
enjoying their time with us and help implement procedures that will make the
customer experience even better. She comes to us with a long history in both
customer service and home decorating which will surely prove to be an asset. |
