Wholesale Only Yosemite sells products for business use to customers with business identification. Identification required from all customers. Possession of, or access to, any Yosemite catalog, literature or websites does not constitute the right to purchase from Yosemite Home Décor. Yosemite reserves the right to correct publishing errors. Prices listed are wholesale, do not include freight and are subject to correction or change without notice. Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes or for providing a valid sales tax exemption certificate.
Payment Terms Yosemite accepts cash, checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Credit card payments are subject to a 2.5% service fee and require a signed credit card authorization form giving us permission to charge at the time of shipment. Dealers may qualify for net 30 terms with approved credit. When applying for credit, we require a completed and signed credit application with trade references. For customers with established Yosemite credit, payment terms are net 30 days from the date of shipment or pickup. Yosemite shall have the right of set-off and deduction for any sums owed. If customer fails to make payment within thirty (30) days, Yosemite may defer shipments until such payment is made, or may, at its option, cancel all or any part of unshipped order.
FREIGHT POLICY
Shipping Charges Products are shipped F.O.B. shipping point with freight costs and handling fees paid by Yosemite and charged to the customer. Lighting orders over $1500 (including any backorders) are shipped freight free. C.O.D. shipments are not permitted. Other terms and conditions may apply for freight collect, special handling or shipments outside the contiguous United States. Any extra charges incurred for additional services, such as customer’s carrier or special handling by the carrier, must be paid by the customer. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. If product is damaged in transit, customer must file claim with the carrier.
Delivery Schedule We will make every effort to process and ship your order within 48 hours, however, we cannot control delivery schedules of the carriers. We make every attempt to use the carrier that provides the best service.
Damages We assure that products are in good condition prior to packing and shipping. We are not responsible for shipments after they leave our warehouse. The carrier signs for acceptance at that time. Customers must examine all arriving shipments for evidence of damage, shortage, or breakage, and must refuse acceptance or file a claim with the carrier for compensation. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE CAN YOSEMITE HOME DÉCOR BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING.
Non-Defective Returns A 25% restocking fee will be charged for return of goods that are non-defective. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in their original packing materials and must be in saleable condition. Items that have been installed and special order items are not returnable. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Credits will be issued upon full inspection of the returned items.
Yosemite Limited Warranty LIMITED WARRANTY. ALL PRODUCTS SOLD ARE WARRANTED BY YOSEMITE ONLY TO CUSTOMERS FOR RESALE OR FOR USE IN BUSINESS, OR ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURE, AGAINST DEFECTS IN WORKMANSHIP OR MATERIALS UNDER NORMAL USE FOR ONE YEAR AFTER DATE OF PURCHASE FROM YOSEMITE. ANY PRODUCT DETERMINED BY YOSEMITE TO BE DEFECTIVE IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP AND RETURNED TO A YOSEMITE BRANCH OR AUTHORIZED LOCATION, AS YOSEMITE DESIGNATES ITEMS WILL BE, REPAIRED OR REPLACED, OR AT YOSEMITE’S OPTION, THE PURCHASE PRICE REFUNDED. | |
